- as required White sauce (taste)
- Red sauce
- 200 g Boiled and crushed Tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 3 Crushed garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Mixed herbs
- As per taste Salt (taste)
- White sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Maida 2tblspoon
- 500 ml Milk
- As required Salt (taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Mixed herbs
Instructions to make to make VEG BREAD LASAGNA (Italian dish)
- PREPARING RED SAUCE
Mix all the mentioned ingredients together in a pan and make it boil for 20 mins.
Then Red sauce is ready. - PREPARING WHITE SAUCE
Melt butter and mix maida saute it for 1 min then gradually add milk to it.
Then add rest of the ingredients to it.
Make it boil for 2 mins.
Then White Sauce is ready. - VEGGIES PREPARATION.
Add 1 tblspoon of any flavourless oil.
Saute all the cut veggies (our preference) add Chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Then saute it for 5 mins.
Then our veggies are ready for toppings. - LAYERING.
First layer of bread then red sauce and sauted veggies and then white sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Repeat it as per your preference.
Finally add some extra cheese,chilli flakes and mixed herbs. - Now ready for BAKING.
For OTG at 180°c for 20mins.
For oven for 5 mins. - Now Lasanga is READY.
