- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Crumble and brown sausage. Stir in pasta sauce and set aside
- Preheat oven to 375*
- In medium bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg & seasonings
- Grease a medium baking dish. Add 1/3 cup of sauce to bottom of pan
- Cover bottom of pan with 3 noodles
- Cover noodles with 1/3 cheese. Then top with 1/3 sauce
- Repeat layers 2 more times (noodles, cheese then sauce)
- Top with remaining mozzarella
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes
- Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes
